Aiola Calendar

Keep agent work on schedule.

Scheduled tasks and recurring jobs are easy to miss in separate lists. Aiola combines them in Workspace and Central Calendar. Filter the schedule and open each source record to see what needs attention.

How it works

01

Choose a calendar scope

Schedules split across repositories are easy to miss. Choose Workspace Calendar for one project or Central Calendar for all workspaces.

02

Choose Month, Week, or Day

A monthly overview can hide daily timing. Switch Month, Week, or Day and navigate backward, forward, or to Today.

03

Open scheduled work

A calendar entry needs a path back to the work. Select task events or automation occurrences to open their source records.

Schedules and navigation

Scheduled tasks

Task dates are hard to compare in a backlog. Calendar displays scheduled tasks; open the task to adjust its schedule.

Recurring automation occurrences

Recurring jobs need more than a single date. Active automation schedules generate dated occurrences, while manual automations create no recurring events.

Active schedules only

Paused jobs should not clutter your plans. Calendar excludes paused and disabled automation occurrences until their schedules become active again.

Workspace ownership

Similar task names can belong to different projects. Central groups events by workspace and opens task events in Central Tasks.

App-wide timezone

Timezone differences can make schedules confusing. Calendar and automation recurrence follow the app-wide timezone in Central Settings.

Focus your calendar

Events panel

A crowded schedule makes individual plans hard to inspect. The Events panel lets you toggle event types and individual tasks or automations.

Central workspace filters

Other repositories can distract from today’s project. Central’s Events panel lets you hide whole workspace groups alongside individual records.

Remembered visibility

Rebuilding the same calendar filters wastes time. Calendar remembers event visibility choices separately for each scope.

Busy days and overlapping events

Busy days and overlapping jobs can hide an event. Open a Month day or expand overlapping timed events to choose the record.

Find scheduled repository work

  1. Open Central Calendar and choose Month to see schedules across workspaces.
  2. Use Events to show the workspaces and records you want to inspect.
  3. Open a busy day and switch to Week or Day for timed detail.
  4. Select a task or automation occurrence to open its source record.

Problems Aiola solves here

Task dates and recurring jobs live in separate lists. Calendar shows scheduled tasks and active automation occurrences together.

Another repository’s schedule is easy to overlook. Central Calendar groups events by workspace, with filters for choosing which projects to show.

A busy day hides the item you need. Month, Week, and Day views provide different detail, with expandable overlapping events.

A date alone does not explain the work. Select an event to open its task or automation detail and inspect the source record.

Reapplying the same filters wastes time. Remembered visibility restores each calendar scope’s selected event set.
