Run with an agent

Agent output needs your review before becoming a pull request. Inspect Human Review, then move ready branches to Create PR.
Organize work and context
Board and List views
Different backlogs need different views. Switch Board or List, move statuses, and collapse groups or hide List columns.
Central Tasks
Work across repositories is hard to track separately. Central Tasks combines workspace tasks while preserving their project context.
Schedule task execution
Planned work gets forgotten without a start date. Schedule execution with an optional time and find tasks in Calendar.
Priority and labels
Urgent fixes can disappear among routine work. Set priorities and manage labels to distinguish tasks on the board.
Context mentions
Agents need references without repeated explanations. Mention tasks, files, agents, issues, pull requests, app logs, and feedback in descriptions.
Attachments
Text alone cannot explain every change. Attach files and images beside the task description for reference.
Comments
Review decisions are easy to lose between runs. Task comments keep the discussion beside the work.
Activity history
You need to know how a task reached its current state. Activity history records edits, status changes, and agent events.

Provider and model controls
Different tasks need different agent settings. Choose models and saved agents, with reasoning, context window, and Fast Mode where supported.
Local or Worktree defaults
Parallel work can disturb your current checkout. Set Worktree or Local defaults in Tasks settings and override them per task.
Run status and cancellation
You need to know whether task work is running or finished. See running and queued counts, receive completion notices, or cancel either state back to Todo.
Chat from the task board
Planning a backlog should not require copying it elsewhere. Board chat lets an agent plan and update workspace tasks.
Human Review and follow-up
A first attempt may need another pass. Review results and continue the linked task chat from Human Review.
Automatic PR creation
Opening a pull request after every completed run repeats work. Enable automatic PR creation for eligible worktrees, with failures returning to Human Review.
Bulk actions and deletion recovery
Reorganizing tasks individually takes time, and deletions can be mistakes. Bulk move, duplicate, or delete board tasks; undo and redo deletions.
Take a backlog item through review
- Append a CSV of fixes to your workspace board.
- Add file mentions and attachments to explain the work.
- Choose Worktree and move the task to In Progress to start its agent.
- Review the result in Human Review, then move it to Create PR.
