Check your CLI setup in one place
Open Central Settings, then Providers, to see detected CLIs. Check installation and authentication status, then select Re-check after signing in.
Authenticate a provider before enabling it. Expand an authenticated provider to show, hide, or reorder models.
Provider availability applies across the app. Each workspace chooses its default from globally enabled providers and visible models.

Aiola desktop runs on Mac and Windows. Control it from the mobile companion. Get it for Android on Google Play or iPhone on the App Store.
Install on macOS
Step 1
Open the downloaded .dmg file.
Step 2
Drag Aiola into your Applications folder.
Step 3
Eject the disk image and launch Aiola from Applications.
Gatekeeper on first open. macOS may say the app was downloaded from the internet. Aiola is notarized with hardened runtime. If macOS blocks launch, go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. You can also right-click Aiola in Applications and choose Open once to confirm.
Auto-updates. After install, Aiola checks GitHub Releases about every six hours. Updates download in the background. Restart when prompted to run the latest notarized build.
Install on Windows
Step 1
Run the downloaded Aiola.exe installer.
Step 2
Follow the NSIS setup wizard (install location, shortcuts).
Step 3
Launch Aiola from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
SmartScreen "unrecognized app." Windows may show a blue SmartScreen dialog for publishers that are new to your machine. This can happen even when the installer is properly code-signed. This usually improves as more users install the same certificate. Use these steps only for downloads from aiola.app or our official GitHub Releases link. Click More info, then Run anyway. Do not install Aiola from unofficial mirrors.
Auto-updates. Aiola checks GitHub Releases about every six hours and downloads updates in the background. Restart when prompted.
First-run setup
After install, Aiola walks you through a short onboarding sequence.
Step 1
Sign in
Google, Apple, or an email one-time code. Select Send OTP Code for email sign-in.
Step 2
Install and connect a CLI
You need at least one coding agent. Install its CLI, then sign in with the command in the table below.
Step 3
Open a workspace
Point Aiola at an existing repo folder or clone a project.
Step 4
Start a thread
Open your first agent session and send a prompt.
