GitHub issues and pull requests with coding agents

Aiola puts GitHub issues, pull requests and tasks beside coding agents in one macOS and Windows desktop app. Analyze an issue, ask for a fix and review checks without a browser tab.

Key facts

Issues and pull requests sit beside your threads, terminals and tasks.
Analyze and Fix It start an agent thread from the issue itself, with no pasted links.
Review comments, checks and changed files, then merge from the workspace.

Start from the issue

Connect the repository in Workspace Settings, then Git. Open an issue to read its labels, timeline and comments. Choose Analyze for a plan, or Fix It to ask an agent to implement one.

Keep the agent's context in one place

Analyze and Fix It start the thread from the issue record, so you skip copying it from a browser. A task can mention issues and pull requests next to log groups and feedback items. Git settings decide whether issue actions use a worktree.

Review the pull request where you work

A pull request shows comments, checks, changed files and diff statistics. Choose Chat to ask an agent about the diff, or Fix failing checks. Comment on or merge an eligible pull request from the app.

Follow the workflow

  1. Connect the repository in Workspace Settings under Git.
  2. Open an issue and read its details and comments.
  3. Choose Analyze for a plan, then Fix It for the work you approve.
  4. Run the relevant checks in the thread's Terminal panel.
  5. Open the pull request in Aiola and review its checks and diff.
  6. Request changes, comment or merge after your review.

What to review at the end

  • An issue explained before code changes begin.
  • A patch you can compare with the agreed plan.
  • A pull request reviewed with its comments and checks in view.
