Schedule coding agent jobs on your desktop

Aiola puts schedules, project records and run history beside coding agents in one macOS and Windows desktop app. Run recurring jobs locally while your desktop stays on and awake.

Key facts

Start from an in-app preset or write your own saved prompt.
A prompt can mention log groups, feedback, issues and tasks, so the agent starts with them.
Automations run locally while the desktop is on and awake.

Save a job you repeat

Write a prompt for a weekly dependency review, or pick a preset. Choose the workspace, provider, model, saved agent and Local or Worktree run mode. Presets cover releases, GitHub, monitoring, analytics, maintenance, documentation and security.

Choose when the job runs

Set a Daily, Weekdays, Weekly, Interval or custom RRULE schedule, or keep the job Manual. Central Calendar shows scheduled automations across workspaces. Your desktop must be on and awake for scheduled runs.

Point the job at your project records

Prompts can mention app-log groups, feedback items, issues, pull requests, tasks and files. Monitoring and analytics presets work with your hosted App Logs, Feedback and Analytics data. You do not run a separate scheduler beside your error tracker and agent CLI.

Follow the workflow

  1. Open Automations in the workspace that owns the job.
  2. Choose a preset or write a prompt with a clear result to return.
  3. Mention the log group, feedback item or issue the job should start from.
  4. Pick the provider, agent and Local or Worktree run mode.
  5. Run the job manually first and read its output.
  6. Set the schedule, keep the desktop on and awake, and review later runs.

What to review at the end

  • A saved prompt you can run again without retyping it.
  • A schedule tied to a workspace and provider.
  • Run output and errors you can inspect before accepting changes.
