Turn in-app user feedback into shipped fixes

Aiola puts an in-app feedback form and its inbox beside coding agents in one macOS and Windows desktop app. Hand a bug report or feature request to an agent and ship the reviewed change.

Key facts

Build an in-app form for bug reports and feature requests, with optional screenshots.
Fix It hands a report to an agent thread with its details, so nothing is retyped.
Check the thread's diff against the user's original report before you ship.

Collect reports inside your app

The form builder sets fields such as title, email, device, description and an image attachment. A generated snippet posts each submission with your project key. A report can carry up to five PNG, JPEG or WebP images.

Hand the report to the agent that edits the code

The feedback inbox sits in the same workspace as the repository. Fix It on a bug report starts a thread with that report's details. Fix It on a feature request uses the Feature Implementation prompt instead.

Check the change against the report

Try the steps the user described in your running app. Review the code and tests before shipping. Move the item to closed when the fix is live.

Follow the workflow

  1. Create the project key and build the Feedback form; hosted Feedback needs Pro or a trial.
  2. Install the generated snippet in your app.
  3. Read a new report and its attached screenshot.
  4. Choose Fix It, or Analyze when you want a plan first.
  5. Reproduce the reported steps and review the diff and tests.
  6. Set the item to closed once the fix ships.

What to review at the end

  • A user report with a clear next step.
  • An agent thread that started from the report itself.
  • A reviewed change checked against the user's own words.
