Aiola v2.0.7: Stop really stops
Stop now ends a turn on every provider within three seconds, queued messages are held with Resume and Clear, and provider errors stay visible in the thread.
Fixes
- Stop really stops: Stopping a turn ends it on every provider within three seconds, including OpenCode 2 and SSH sessions that used to spin forever. The partial answer stays and the message is marked "Stopped", also after a reload.
- Stop keeps your queue: Messages queued behind a stopped or failed turn are held with Resume and Clear instead of being dropped or left stuck. A new message runs the held ones first.
- Error turns are visible: A turn that ends in a provider error (quota, crash, unresponsive CLI) shows the error line in the thread after reopening it instead of an empty reply.
- Automations and tasks stop cleanly: Stopping an automation run records it as skipped; stopping a task agent puts the task back to "to do" without marking it completed.
- Model defaults self-heal: A saved default or thread model that the provider has retired falls back to the provider's current default instead of failing the turn; Codex refreshes its roster on a fresh install.
- GitHub PR chat: Opening a pull request chat reuses the branch's worktree and no longer fails with a worktree error; a forced refresh shows when GitHub could not be reached.
- Usage cards: Grok reads its official billing endpoint, OpenCode Go reads the official usage endpoint (Zen pay-as-you-go shows no card), and Cursor no longer needs the sqlite3 tool, which also fixes the card on Windows.
Improvements
- Images from any provider: Screenshots and image files read by Claude Code, Cursor, Grok or OpenCode render inline in the thread, with full-screen preview, and on the phone.
- Automatic diagnostics: Provider and server failures are reported to Aiola, redacted, anonymous and grouped by provider and error type, so bugs get seen without you having to report them. Turn it off under Settings → General → Privacy.
